Happy CNY 2009!!/ 12:14 PM HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!! Gosh, CNY is a bugger, i woke up at 6 am in the friggin morning just to get ready and make sure our family was the first to reach my grandmums house on my dads side. My relative have this friendly competition, where the family that reaches the last would have to be the one to "OPEN TABLE" for the whole family. OPEN TABLE = Invite the WHOLE family to a restaurant and allow them to order whatever they wish to. And i should add that the bill usually goes up to a jaw dropping $700 to $1200. I know, CRAZY RIGHT.... And well, yeap, yet again, my family arrived at my grandmums house first!! OH the joy. So, eventhough its CNY, my grandmum cooked her famous and mouth watering and nose drippin ayam rendang. Nose Drippin is coz its FRIGGIN HOT!!! This year was a lil different, we had this "cup-bowing-kneeling-i-dunnoe-whatche-ma- call-it-ceremony-thingy" hahha, where we serve tea to anyone that is older that you. IT was soooo chaotic that it was laughable. hahha, everyone went ard at the same time and we see people doing all sorts of different bowing and stuff ESP my bro and me. hahahha we did it like we were on a fast forward tape. I pity the lil ones though they had to repeat the whole thingy over and over again!! THOUGH I DO NOT PITY MY BRATTY FEJRGJOETJGR CUZ, NAFISAH...BLARGH!!! D:< Okay after we did that, we lounged ard in the living room, catching up with each other. And seriously, it was a helluva catching up. You see, we dun really meet up with my relatives on my dads side. So whenever we meet up theres alot to talk about. My aunt bought this chanel, versace and kate spade bags on impulse and now she says she doesnt want it coz she thinks its too young and chic for her so she'll be givin them to me!!! NYE HEH HEH HEH!!! Okay as much as i want my ANG PAOS, i've yet to receive them. I'm still at my grandmums house btw, and YES she has internet! And yeah i know my grandmums awesome. hahaha I'm gonna take a nap now and hopefully i dream about landing on piles and piles of money!!! (i was gonna say awesome pairs of heels from all the branded names i ADORE, but on second thought....OUCH) So nights!!!! and when i wake up it'll be this much closer to ANG PAO RECEIVING TIME!! *holds thumb and umm, that other finger close together* hahaha!
