Welcome 2009 with a BANG!! (seriously)/ 5:34 PM As i was reading "The New Paper", i came across 3 disturbing articles. All of them concerning life and death. I'll quickly go through all the aritcles that really caught my attention. And maybe zoom in on one of them. Article 1 : Two singaporeans shot and one still remains in coma This took place in Denmark where one of them was celebrating his birthday. He has closed his restraurant for a private fuction which was his very own birthday party. This relative who had flew in from singapore was also there to celebrate this "Joyous" occasion. That was when the gun man shot them at point blank. Private investigators suspects that it has sth to do with "personal business" and are still on the look out for the shooter. Article 2 : A senseless attack on a grp of boys in Chinatown Well, the title says it all doesnt it? 4 boys decided to go to Chinatown admist all the CNY decorations to soak in the atmosphere and well maybe get some dinner. All are still in their teens. Before leaving, some group of chinese guys started shouting at them "What are you looking at?!" (isnt it typical...ugh, morons..) and charged at them with metal rods and beer bottles. The youngest out of the four managed to escaped but the rest was not as fortunate. One of them, Marcus was seen chased by two dudes with a metal rod. Once the attack was over, marcus was concious but only for a while before passing out. He suffered blood clots in his brain and injuries on his left leg and chin. The following day, he passed away. Article 3 : 2 year old toddler beaten to death and it could have been because of ciggarates. This young girl was described to be a very cheerful, bubbly girl and like any other kid, mischievious as well. She was playing with a pack of cigarattes and had broken all if not most of them into halves. A man (maybe her father, maybe not...oh you know the generation these days...) who had found out about the girls' activities started hitting and slapping her. And allegdly was seen steping on her as well (WTF?!?!) The girls was then rushed to the hospital by her oblivious mother who later found her unconcious with her nose bleeding after sweeping/mopping the kitchen (yeah...right...i'm not saying shes was aware or anything but hey, she WAS in the kitchen and its like what? 2 rooms away?maybe not, coz its a freaking 3 room flat. Don't tell me that she didnt hear the kid screaming in pain and get curious as to what was happening right. Oh no wait, dun tell me, the kid kept quite when a freaking fist the size prolly twice her head pummelled into her face! or when the hand slapped her across the face. GOSH...but hey well it's only my oppinion right...nth more...). Well anyways, you guessed it, she passed away, and it was believed that she passed away otw to the hospital. If her death was really caused by the breaking of cigarattes into halves, i only have two words to say to the fella. FUCK YOU!!!!!!! LIke WTF?!?! He beat a kid to DEATH just coz a freaking pack of cigarattes!? and these cost what? 10 to 12 freaking dollars? which apparently to him cost more than a life, an innoncent 2 year old's life! GOSH, what kind of animals is this world housing?! And i'm just speculating, this dude prolly is a mat. If cigaratte was the cause of this poor girls' death, then we should just ban smoking altogether. Stoopid people and their stoopid smoking. Stoopid piece of shit. I'm sorry to have just blown up like that but seriously, who in the hell whould not get mad or pissed off when you open up the newspaper and read of such inhumane acts and moreover, towards a lil girl who didnt know any better.
